Test Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the test strategy and concept development for RF integrated circuits
- Define and refine test concepts with a focus on Design-for-Test (DfT) methodologies
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all relevant RFIC functionalities
- Develop, implement, and debug test programs for RFIC validation and production
- Collaborate with overseas facilities to enable RFIC production testing
- Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes
Profile
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field
- Solid understanding of RFIC architecture, implementation, and test principles
- Experience with RF test equipment and lab measurement techniques
- Familiarity with DfT methodologies and production test flows
- Proficiency in developing and debugging test programs for RFICs
- Familiarity with Advantest platforms, especially Wave Scale instruments and SMT8 software (Must Have)
- Experience in PCB design, particularly for test hardware, is a strong plus
- Understanding of IC failure mechanisms and their impact on test strategy and analysis
- Ability to structure software for modularity and maintainability
- Interest or experience in utilizing AI or machine learning in test data analysis is a strong plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
