Biotechnologist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing activities in Drug Product (DP) area according to cGMP guidelines
- Perform manual visual inspection of liquid and lyophilized vials to ensure sterility and defect-free final product
- Provide frontline technical and procedural support to the manufacturing team
- Ensure timely, safe, and compliant batch execution aligned with quality standards
- Prepare high-quality production documentation (e.g., MBRs, forms, logbooks)
- Support investigations and assist in decision-making for production-related issues
- Contribute to process changes and CAPA implementation within defined timelines
- Conduct training sessions and support onboarding of new operators
- Operate, set up, and clean production equipment and premises
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain operational excellence
Profile
- Previous experience in GMP-regulated environment, ideally in sterile DP manufacturing
- Fluency in English or German; proficiency in both is preferred
- Solid understanding of GMP requirements, SOPs, and quality procedures
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Effective communication skills across various organizational interfaces
- Structured, focused, and well-organized work approach
- High level of motivation and proactive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to production needs
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
