Responsibilities
- Participate in global/regional procurement projects
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to secure optimal terms
- Build and nurture relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, identify risks/opportunities, and drive cost reduction initiatives
- Manage supplier performance (quality, delivery, service levels)
- Analyze spend data, prepare reports, and present findings to management
Profile
- Strong track record in strategic procurement, commodity management or sales
- Experience with professional service provider models such as CMO or MSP is a plus
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization is a plus
- Fluency in both German and English

Salary information
- The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
