Your responsibilities

  • Processing of securities transfers, both incoming and outgoing for our clients
  • Processing and controlling settlements and securities registrations.
  • Responsible for the processing of Swiss registered shares and the associated reconciliation
  • Failed transactions monitoring and aged fails management process
  • Analysis and management of complex operations and exceptional situations.
  • Daily contacts and follow up with counterparties and custodians.
  • Daily follow up and investigation of all outstanding trades and reconciliation breaks
  • Liaise with different departments to collaborate and solve issues and other matters.
  • Make sure to always have a customer’s focused attitude and respect deadlines.
  • Be able to challenge the current processes and propose potential improvement.
  • Operational risk management and procedure reviews
  • Participation in business, regulatory and continuous improvement projects
  • Comply with regulatory requirements, company, and group policies, maintain compliance.
  • Propose improvement measures

Your profile

  • Banking or commercial training (CFC as a minimum, bachelor’s degree an asset)
  • Previous working experience of a least 2 years in the banking environment with an experience in a Back office “settlement/stock transfers”
  • Excellent knowledge of SWIFT and especially MT54X messages
  • Knowledge of GTExchange, GTMatch is an asset
  • Fluent in French and English is an asset
  • Team spirit and communication skills
  • Proactive and able to take initiatives.
  • Reliable and capable to prioritize.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and adapt in a continuously changing environment
  • Swiss domiciliation required
