


- Analyze performance vs key performance indicators & all other CH territories
- Analyze POS & Retailer performance vs. others in territories, chains (retailer profile)
- Define individual territory action plan (POS to be visited / calls, activities to be performed and short-term objectives to be shared)
- Perform the activities according to defined action plan and regular follow up on performance
- Review result of activities
- Share feedback and methodologies with peers and line manager to improve ways of working and ultimately contribute to the definition of the PMSA Strategy
- Convert and retain all Legal Aged Smokers (LAS) retailers
- Generate new leads, support retailers, use DTE when relevant and perform after sales programs when relevant
- Understand territory characteristics and specificities (inhabitants, geography, consumer flows, Risk Reduced/industry shares and volumes, etc.)
- Make proposals to Area Head according to Go To Market strategy to ensure ease of access for LAS and LAU to our product and services
- Other back office activities: Stock, inventory, training, team meetings/calls, webcasts
- Relevant work experience on Sales
- Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High priority setting and planning capacities with the ability to react quickly and effectively. Able to deal with ambiguity, autonomous and highly action oriented.
