My duties
  • Acting as the point of contact for HR Business Partners regarding the benefits, objectives and procedures
  • Supporting (ad-hoc) research projects to develop benefit programs and to make benefit decisions
  • Assisting with due diligence / onboarding / transition of benefits through acquisitions and mergers
  • Involvement in following projects and being responsible for their implementation and communication with stakeholders
  • Developing a benefits inventory information system
  • Reviewing process of benchmarking a standardized benefits market
  • Developing a benefits inventory information system; monitoring process of country regulations, labour union, local work council and governmental benefits practises to ensure company compliance
  • Developing digital tools / processes for employee benefits communication as well as user experience and feedback
  • Stndardizing analytical instruments to support local country benefit management; standardizing medical / risk insured benefits renewal to enable benefit management with Global Broker
My qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business field
  • Profound previous experience with the principles and practises of international benefits
  • Good knowledge of international laws regarding benefits
  • Analytical experience (e.g. financial) to design and implement benefits on a global scale
  • Extensive experience with change management and communication experience in deploying large scale programs
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Strong communication and time-management skills 
  • Exceptional partner management skills, building rapport and driving adoption -> great interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills to build exceptional bonds with partners
  • Significant hands-on and “Doer” mentality to become a subject matter expe
